GYSA Receives Black History Month Community Recognition

The Greater Youth Sports Association (GYSA) has been recognized during a Black History Month ceremony by the Board of County Commissioners for its impact on youth development and community engagement. Founded by Devonte Woodson, GYSA began with a single after-school soccer clinic and has grown into a program that provides accessible sports, mentorship, and safe spaces for students.
